We’ll thoroughly explore a topic, have some space to discuss the topic and you’ll leave with a goodie bag of practical skills and a meditation series that supports you to implement the strategies.

Cultivating Contentment

January 24th

Exploring the science behind why life is so inherently unsatisfying and practical ways you can live a more contented life.
